Decent products, slow service

I bought the SW Restore Gel and a clinical face wash. The products themselves are quite good and seem to be helping my skin barrier. However, the shipping took longer than I expected, almost 9 days to California. I also had a question about one of the ingredients and it took their customer service a couple of days to respond. While the products are effective, they could definitely improve on their delivery speed and initial customer support responsiveness. Value for money was fair, not exceptional.

my skin is pretty sensitive and their restore gel worked fine for me. they are paraben-free too, which helps. but yeah, a patch test is always a good idea for new stuff.

i think it's more clinically focused than minimalist, if you're looking for targeted treatments. not as many 'trendy' ingredients.

i found swskinn to be more effective for my acne than derma co, but it really depends on what products you're comparing. swskinn feels more 'medical grade' to me, if that makes sense.
